Kolašin

Kolašin is a city that has built its identity in direct connection with the mountains that surround it. Located on the banks of the Tara and Moraca rivers, it is a natural gateway to some of the most valuable areas of northern Montenegro. In its vicinity is the Biogradska Gora National Park, one of the last preserved rainforest areas in Europe. Unlike large tourist centers, Kolašin has retained a calmer atmosphere and the feeling of a mountain town. Its center is characterized by wide streets, squares and parks that create a pleasant ambience to stay. The proximity of rivers, katuns, and mountain trails allows visitors to explore different areas in a short amount of time.
