The oldest literary event in Montenegro, "Poetic Word at the Source of Beer", will be held in its 55th edition on July 17 and 18, 2026 in Plužine. This jubilee event is organized by the Plužine Cultural Center in cooperation with the Plužine Municipality, and this year it will gather more than forty poets, writers, literary critics and artists from Montenegro and the region.

The traditional musical event "Summer with the Stars", organized by the Bar Tourist Organization, will begin on Friday, July 17 at the King Nikola Promenade at 9:00 p.m. This year's program includes six concert evenings during July and August, and the traditional "Fisherman Fest" will be held as part of the event, dedicated to the promotion of Mediterranean gastronomy and coastal traditions.
