The traditional international judo tournament "Akademik Open" will be held on Saturday, September 12, in the Nikšić Sports Center, organized by the Akademik Judo Club.
The competition starts at 10:00 a.m., while registration and official measurement of competitors are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The draw will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by the ceremonial opening and the start of the fights.
The tournament will gather young judokas in age categories from U8 to U16. Cash prizes of 500, 300 and 200 euros are provided for the most successful teams, while the most successful competitors will be awarded with cups and medals. The Akademik Judo Club invites sports fans, parents and all interested citizens to visit the Nikšić Sports Center on Saturday and support the young competitors at the "Akademik Open".
