The jubilee, 20th edition of the Herceg Novi Comic Festival (HSF) will be held from September 4 to 9 at several locations in Herceg Novi. The event dedicated to the ninth art and visual storytelling brings together again international, regional and domestic authors, illustrators and screenwriters.
The festival program includes workshops, exhibitions, promotions, comic book signings and talks with guest authors, along with educational content for the youngest. In addition to the comic program, a three-day music segment at the Forte Mare fortress was also announced. From September 4 to 6, regional and domestic performers will perform, including Partibrejkers, Jura Stublić and Film, and Rambo Amadeus.
Partibrejkers and group NeonoeN at the opening of the comic festival in Herceg Novi As part of the opening of the 20th comic festival at Forte Mare fortress on Friday, September 4, the well-known regional rock group "Partibrejkersi" will perform as well as the local band "NeonoeN". Starting at 10 p.m., all visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the famous hits of these groups, such as: Far from here, You and me, Dok ne zadhnem te, Mesečeva kći, Hoći da znam, Stoj Johnny, Dugo te nema and many other famous tracks. In addition to the musical repertoire of these bands, the ceremonial opening of the festival starts at 8:00 p.m. on Belavista Square, where you can enjoy the galleries and exhibitions of various artists from this area.
Festival music evening with Jura Stublić and the Film group at the Forte Mare fortress As part of the second evening of the Hercegnov Comic Festival, on Saturday, September 5, a concert by the pop-rock group Jura Stublić & Film will be held at the Forte Mare fortress. The performance is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. The repertoire will include timeless hits such as "I'll come to you in dreams", "I remember the first kiss", "Together", "Good vibes", "Bili cvit", "We are not alone" and other recognizable compositions from the decades-long career of this musician. On the same evening, the young alternative band "Bunt San Guido sa Joaquid" will perform, while the final part of the music program until late into the night is in charge of the local DJ duo "2Beat".
Concert of the Rambo Amadeus Quintet at Forte Mare On the third evening of the music program of the Hercegnov Comic Festival, on Sunday, September 6, at the Forte Mare fortress, the famous musician and multimedia artist Rambo Amadeus will perform with his band Rambo Amadeus Quintet. The performance starts at 22:00. On the same evening, the alternative band "Gorostas" will be presented to the audience. The repertoire will include recognizable original compositions and hits such as "Balkan boy", "Grandpa Niko", "Friend, friend", as well as the songs "High" and "Vriti".
