The educational children's opera program "Opera per i Piccoli" will be performed as part of the KotorArt festival on Monday, July 13, 2026 in Kotor. The project is realized by the festival team of KotorArt with the aim of developing a young audience and bringing the art of opera and classical music closer to children through an interactive and adapted form.
The content and timetable of the program predict that the performance of the play will begin at 7:00 p.m., while immediately after the end of the piece, educational music workshops are planned that allow for interactive audience participation. Entrance to the entire event is free for all parents and children, and the little ones will be able to get to know the basics of opera directly through playing and talking with the artists. The performance of the children's opera program is scheduled on the open stage at Pjaca od kino. This striking square within the Old Town in Kotor traditionally serves as a space for programs intended for children, providing an ideal historical and ambient framework for the development of their creativity.
